As we wind down on our Modern Warfare 3 weekly tournaments, both organizers (HWG) and players wonder when we’ll be holding the next CoD event.
Well, Activision, the publisher of Call of Duty, is sort of helping with that decision. They’ve recently revealed and confirmed what was next for one of their top grossing sales video game.
Treyarch, the developer and creators of Black Ops has released a trailer for its upcoming installment and the future is black. Black Ops 2, to be exact. This time, the warzone is set in the near future and not surprisingly, in Los Angeles. Was this AFTER or before the aliens?
From the trailer scenes and screenshots provided, it looks to be another enjoyable game from its makers. But, we’ll have to see. We hope to get an early copy to review for you guys.
BO2 is slated to go on sale on November 3 and we’ll be sure to be there with you on launch date, fan faire and all. I really like how elite is going to get bigger for blops 2 so that gb will finally have a really big competitor. that might be worth the cost for elite subscription.
I just really hope the game is balanced enough to play it competitively without any big changes to rules or loadouts, i mean, back in cod4, there were only 3 choices for gb match rules, your choices were: 3x frags, claymores, and grenade launchers.
this is going to be excited to see what call of duty will pull off because it seems like they will be having some new gamemodes and killstreaks. Only problem for me is that i hate assult drone and it seemed like in this trailer there were about 3 different killstreaks just like it in the trailer so i am hoping that will only be in the campain. Hopefully they do bring back quickscoping and have a nuke or a moabbbb or something with a big explosion ahah.
